Is there a minimum commitment?

All Colabra plans require annual commitment.

How are viewers different from editors?

Views can read experimental data and dashboards. Only editors can change content, post comment or set up saved views and dashboards.

Can I upgrade Colabra just for myself, instead of everyone in our workspace?

Unfortunately, no. Colabra is built for teams, and we do not believe that an individual upgraded account is able to take advantage of all of Colabra’s premium features. To upgrade Colabra, the entire workspace must be upgraded.

What are my payment options — credit card and/or invoicing?

You can pay with a credit card, or we can invoice you for any plan. Contact sales to start the process.

We need to add new users to our team. How will that be billed?

We’ll make a one-time, prorated charge to cover your new team member’s account for the remainder of the current billing period.
